Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DivXCode handles information in its mobile apps Winzy and KilerGo. Each app is a separate product with its own account system and its own data. Section 1 applies to both apps, Section 2 applies only to Winzy and Section 3 applies only to KilerGo.

1. About us and contact

DivXCode apps are developed and provided by individual developer Doğukan Özyurt under the DivXCode brand.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Our apps do not show ads, do not use analytics or tracking tools, and do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA).

2. Winzy

Winzy is a family app that helps parents organize tasks, routines and rewards for their children.

Who creates an account

Only a parent or legal guardian creates a Winzy account. Children do not create accounts, sign in or make purchases. Child profiles are created and managed by the parent inside the parent's account.

Information we process

Parent account

Email address and name (when you register with email, or as shared by your sign-in provider)

The account identifier provided by Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, if used

App settings: language, theme, sound and haptics preferences, reminder times

Parent PIN (stored only in hashed, non-reversible form)

Child profiles (entered by the parent)

The child's name or nickname

Optional age

A profile picture chosen from the app's built-in characters (Winzy does not upload photos from your device)

App content

Tasks, routines, rewards, task completion and progress information you create

Subscription information

Premium subscription status and purchase records. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Information Winzy does not process

No ads and no data collected for advertising

No tracking across other companies' apps or websites

No analytics or behavioral tracking tools

No access to location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library

How Winzy uses information

To create your account, sign you in and sync your data across your devices

To keep your account secure and send email verification and password reset emails

Winzy service providers

Google Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, database (Cloud Firestore), server functions and account emails

Apple (Apple Inc.): Sign in with Apple and App Store payments

Google Sign-In (Google LLC): signing in with a Google account

Adapty (Adapty Tech Inc.): managing and verifying Premium subscription status

Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): part of the account deletion process and the account actions page (password reset, email verification)

Children's privacy

Child information is limited to what the parent enters and what the app needs to work.

Children are not shown ads, are not profiled, and their data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Purchases and account settings are in the parent area, which the parent can protect with a PIN.

The parent can edit or delete a child profile and all related tasks and rewards at any time in the app.

Winzy retention and deletion

Your information is kept while your account is active.

You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes the parent account, all child profiles, tasks, rewards and the subscription profile.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your iPhone's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions to stop billing.

If you cannot access the app, email your deletion request to divxcode26@gmail.com.

3. KilerGo

KilerGo is a household organization app for shopping lists, pantry inventory and expiry dates.

KilerGo retention and deletion

Your information is kept while your account is active.

You can delete your account and all its data in the app's account settings. You can also use our Account Deletion page.

If you cannot access the app, email your deletion request to divxcode26@gmail.com.

4. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside Türkiye and the European Union, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the providers' legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

Depending on the laws where you live (for example KVKK in Türkiye or the GDPR in the European Union), you have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Send requests to divxcode26@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Data retention

We keep information only while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. When you delete your account, its data is removed from our systems. Deleted data may remain for a short time in our providers' limited-retention technical logs.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. We use access rules designed so that only the account owner can access account data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.


8. Changes

We may update this policy. For significant changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

9. Adapty

We use Adapty to manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchase status. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Adapty processes subscription and purchase information to enable premium features and restore purchases. For more information, please see Adapty’s Privacy Policy.
